Yoga is whatever you need it to be –  a space to find yourself and listen to your needs, to manage stress or to counter the busy London life we are all part of. Maybe to you it is a form of exercise, a practice to improve flexibility or support in recovery from injury. Whatever it is that gets you on the mat – we love it!

We started Blackheath Yoga to provide a space where you can practice in small groups with great teachers in awesome venues, all within a short walk from Blackheath station. Since our first class in 2017 our wonderful yoga community has grown so much that we decided to take the plunge and in August 2020 opened the doors to our own beautiful studio in Blackheath Village at number 35 Tranquil Vale.


We offer a range of classes for all levels including beginners, so take a look at our schedule to find the right class for you.

Our classes are a space that is accessible to all levels and abilities, whether you are old or young, creaky or fit, stiff or bendy - the only thing you need to bring with you is a sense of curiosity, humour and willingness to learn.
