[Open Day Class Passes are non-refundable. We operate a 6-hour cancellation policy for our studio classes. Physiotherapy Assessments
with Eve Emaru
8:00 - 11:00
Eve is a qualified physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience and has worked with elite athletes in track and field, rugby, NFL Europe and basketball.
During our open day you can meet Eve and discuss your aches and pains including musculoskeletal injuries or disorders. childhood & adolescent injuries, Pre & post natal physiotherapy and acute or chronic sports injuries.
After a short consultation (about one injury you would like to focus on) and if deemed appropriate, Eve will offer manual therapy such as, massage, trigger point release or acupuncture (if it was indicated & with consent) and you will be sent home with some 'homework' to follow up on.
Cost: £20 per 30 minute appointment

Angelic Reiki and Access Bars
with Ananda Siu Ying Wat

Angelic Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing modality which works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, returning balance and harmony to the whole body system.
After a short discussion you can experience yourself what it is all about with a 30 minute taster session offered during our Open Day.

Acupuncture Taster
with Saskia Hawkins

Have you ever wondered whether acupuncture could support your health concerns?
Saskia is offering 25 minute taster sessions designed to answer any questions you may have about acupuncture, how it could support you and whether it is the right treatment for you.
If appropriate Saskia will also give a mini treatment so you can find out how it feels to receive acupuncture.
Cost: £15 per 25 minute appointment [You will need to complete a safety form before the appointment should you like to receive a mini treatment.]

Facial Taster Session
with Neringa Skin

Neringa is a highly qualified and experienced facialist who has dedicated over a decade to the beauty industry.
Through her extensive experience Neringa has developed her own unique approach to skincare, focusing on providing tailored skin journeys for each individual.
During our Open Day, Neringa will be offering 30 minute treatments so you can get to know her and her unique approach to facials.
Cost: £30 per 30 minute session; Participants will receive a 10% discount on their first follow up one hour facial.

Sports Massage Taster
with Morag Wightman

Massage allows the nervous system to get a break from controlling movement and body tension in gravity, which is a welcome relief, helps us feel more connected, looser and in a better mood.
With Adaptive Sports Massage, by ‘reading’ the tissues through feel and applying intentional information by feel, Morag uses oil based therapeutic; deep tissue; sports; remedial; physiotherapy and clinical massage techniques to improve biomechanics and the release of muscles and fascia.
