Our free Yoga for Everyone Programme is run in collaboration with We Are Lewisham and the Age Exchange and classes are free to book as part of the London Borough of Culture Programme.
Classes are free to book but it is essential that you book a space ahead as spaces are limited.
FREE WEEKLY
COMMUNITY CLASSES
Join us at the studio for a weekly free community class suitable for all levels. The classes will be led by a range of wonderful upcoming local teachers - so no one class will be the same.
The classes will be Hatha or Vinyasa Flow based and are suitable for beginners.
The class is free but booking via our website or the mobile app is essential as spaces are limited. Please either bring a yoga mat or you can hire one at the studio for £1.

FREE CHAIR YOGA
MONTHLY TASTER CLASSES
Join us for a monthly free chair yoga taster class led by Blackheath Yoga to improve flexibility, balance and strength and to learn relaxation techniques. The class is taking place while seated on a chair and is suitable for everyone!
This class is run in collaboration with We Are Lewisham, Blackheath Yoga and the Age Exchange and is free to book as part of the London Borough of Culture Programme.
The class is free but booking is essential as spaces are limited. To book please stop by the Age Exchange volunteer desk or call 020 8318 9105.
